They then lived on the Duntroon 5 acre lots until they claimed crown land just across the county border in Grey County circa 1845 at S. 1/2, Lot 19, Con. 2, Craigleith, Collingwood Twp., Grey Co. She had 10 children. The farm land was sold as chalet lots for Blue Mountain ski resort in the 1960's. The farm stead was finally sold off when the last great grandson passed away in 2007. It is just down the road from the main lodge of Blue Mountain resort. His other Scottish great grandmother, Mary McDOUGALL was also born on Islay in 06 Nov 1815. She came first to Thorah Twp, Ontario County, on Lake Simcoe's east coast circa 1832.
