Hello Everyone and Happy Thanksgiving. I am trying to find out the burial place of my grandfather Frank C. Johnson, who was born in Fesserton, Ontario on Feb. 26, 1879 and died in Parry Sound on Feb. 21, 1918. His death certificate lists his burial as blank. His parents were James Johnson and Catherine Craddock. I have checked some of the cemeteries in Parry Sound, but have found nothing. Wondering if he could have been taken to Simcoe County for burial. With all the research you've done on the Hoods, I'm sure you've already checked out this possibility, but since so many of the Hoods married cousins, it's not out of the realm of possibility. I did see some Grahams buried in Alliston Union Cemetery but I didn't photograph their tombstones, thinking that they weren't related to her, but maybe I should have, at least to rule out this possibility (I've gotten myself bogged down on impossible tasks, like finding the Scotts on Roxburghshire ... but if it weren't difficult, it wouldn't be fun!)
