How many in the Brampton area remember Alf Sutton, who used to live on Third Line West, above Queen Street West? Alf was a member of the North Peel Scout Group Committee and when Holland was liberated by Canadians, he forgot he was in the Army -- used the left-hand Boy Scout handshake. His obituary was in The Brampton Guardian of November 23, and, as it happened, above that of my husband Bill Davidson, who also served on the same committee, as I did.
