To all who have been transcribing Peel County:- As I am a resident of Peel County and also would like all pages to be complete with 50 lines, I would suggest all transcribers check all pages -- many need finishing and could have LESS notes. Regardless of whether we THINK or KNOW data is incorrect, we cannot correct it -- nor should we dot each page with too many notes. I happened upon a duplicate page the other evening, transcribed it without a note -- could we try doing this? Many pages do not have the 50 lines -- if only 20 are given in the census, YOU erase the Family Name and House Number, then keep clicking on SUBMIT until you reach 51, then CLAIM PAGE. [I do not believe in Claiming the Page until 50 lines are completed] Some problem pages are the following:- http://automatedgenealogy.com/census11/Test3.jsp?did=109 District 14, Caledon, Page 6 -- only 21 lines District 3, Albion, Page 12 District 15, Caledon, Pages 2 and 3 District 19, Chinguacousy, Page 12 -- not 50 lines District 21, Line 11 should be deleted -- test line Would Delamary Barker Wilkinson please contact me, many changes to be made before proofreaders see our work. Remember, only the one who has signed or claimed the page can finish it -- one page was claimed with ONE line. I am presently working in my former home area in Nova Scotia and with a working partner in Texas -- I live in Peel County and would like our work to be as complete as possible. Also if someone is buried somewhere, please post this to the list and give year of census records. At least Peel County people have been trying -- others have not. Ask me for any help -- see Nova Scotia and Shelburne and Queens Counties. Enough griping -- but we must complete the pages with 50 lines, please. Muriel M.
