I am looking for records of land transactions in the Caledon (Alton) area. I have the Concession and lot numbers and would like to be able find out when they were bought/sold and by whom for the period 1830-1880's. Where would these records be kept? Any ideas on how to obtain these would be greatly appreciated. Yes, I am also interested in the Alton area in the years 1858-73 So if anyone answers can you do so to the list? Hopefully they will be accessible through the Interlibrary Loan.
