Hi Sue: Thanks for replying so quickly. The Robertson family we are looking for would have been born, probably, in Kirton Village, Dumfrieshire, Scotland. James was born in 1841, married in the USA and moved to Dornoch 1867/68. One daughter born in USA, the remainder except for one were born in Dornoch. Thanks for your assistance. Phyllis
