    3. Hi Does anyone know anything about the above two Ontario places? I can not find them on any map. Is it possible their names have changed? Any help is appreciated. Thank you Joyce

    3. In my 1846 Canadian Gazateer there is no mention of either of these towns. It could be pre-1846 (but I would think unlikely) or perhaps a school section with no real hamlet or village that would appear on the landscape. If you haven't already done so you may want to check out the National Archives website in Ottawa to see if there is a listing of these towns as registered post offices. Hope that is of some help.
