Sue: >From the sounds of it you don't want to Copy, but you do want to "Save As". There it should give you options - and with Adobe Photoshop, one of the options is usually PDF or Portable Document File. Simply save it as such, with the appropriate name. Then when someone requests the clipping, simply right click on the PDF & "Send as Attachment" to the address. I hope this clarifies this somewhat for you. Regards Don
