Dear Lori According to the Ontario census of 1991, I have the following dates: : Wellington H. Jackman was born 1897 in Owen Sound. He was the younger brother of my father, (Albert) Clarence Jackman born 1892 - and Nellie Holmes Jackman born 1893 - and Russell Merrill Jackman born 1895. Later children were Norman born 1900 - Mame, David, Evan and Jean. Also, an older sibling named Robert Ernest Jackman born 1883, half-brother to the above - son of Hugh Jackman and first wife, Nellis Holmes. Parents: Hugh Bell Jackman and Jenny Berry Jackman. Hugh - born 1853 in Peel County, Ontario Jenny - born 1871 in Sullivan County, Ontario Hugh and Jenny married in Chatsworth, Ontario in 1891 - Presbyterian Rite.
