Ida: My relatives were Donald McLean and Ann McFadgen from Osprey Township. There children were Mary married George Whiteoak, Annie married Joseph Fachnie, Alexander (died young) and Hector (never married). I believe from some articles that I have read in Manitoulin Island's "Through the Years" that Donald might be an uncle to Bonnie's McLean's. Do you see any information in the McLean Surname Fiche that you have? Hi Karen Sorry No I see no mention of Donald McLean, Ann McFadgen (sp) from Osprey. Nor do I see any of their childrens or spouses names. These obits are very hit and miss and without a newspaper reference. Sometimes a person lucks out unfortunately not this time. later Ida Karen Haffermehl wrote: > > Ida: > My relatives were Donald McLean and Ann McFadgen from Osprey Township. > There children were Mary married George Whiteoak, Annie married Joseph > Fachnie, Alexander (died young) and Hector (never married).
