I am researching the Purves family. I know that my gg grandfather, Ralph Purves, was born in Bentinck township. His father, Alexander Purves, came to Bentinck township from Peebleshire Scotland. I found the index of Farm Lanes of Bentinck online and found an Alexander Purves in it. I live in BC and have no access to the book. Would anyone be willing to look-up Alexander Purves in the Farm Lanes of Bentinck book. The index says he is mentioned on pages 227, 244, 296 and 749.
