Is there any way to have some of the incomplete pages "unclaimed" so that Grey County can also be completed 100%? It's SO close!! -----Original Message----- From: Muriel M. Did you know when we are transcribing the complete IMAGE of the census is on the screen -- except Automated Genealogy ends with the column giving the AGE. Using the mouse, it is easy to move to the RIGHT. There you will find original nationality, a date of immigration, citizenship, religion and occupation. There are also numbers, for example 23.1.0.0 Gordon likely knows what these means -- it has nothing to do with money, Give it a try -- all parts of SIMCOE are now 100% available, thanks to a friend in Halifax -- otherwise Simcoe North would have been opened Aug. 4 Let me know how you make out -- and if problems, there is a small/short URL near the top, Copy and Paste that, then give the page and line numbers. OOPS! I finally read your address -- British Columbia is about 50% transcribed -- lots of pages to do -- several of my group are working there. Should anyone wish to pitch in and transcribe, just ask for directions!
