Thanks to some great help from Jopie Loughead I've been able to locate, and get the memorial details of, my relatives Janet LITTLESON (1837 - 1898) and Duncan McMILLAN (137 - 1905) who emigrated from Argyll, Scotland, first to Puslinch in Wellington County, and then to Keppel Township, Grey Co. The gravestone inscription reads: Big Bay Cemetery: Keppel Township. John McMILLAN, died July 8, 1937 aged 64 years. His wife, Catherine McKENZIE, died December 10, 1953, aged 79 years. Donald, son of Donald and Janet, died July 27, 1882, aged 16 years and 5 months & 16 days. Mary McMillan, died June 12, 1891, aged 23 years. Duncan McMillan, died December 30, 1896, aged 25 years, 9 months, 14 days. Donald McMILLAN, died February 26, 1905, 67 years. His wife Janet LITTLESON, died October 8, 1898 aged 61 years. Native of Kintyre, Scotland. Janet LITTLESON and Duncan McMILLAN actually had five children, and, as can be seen from the MI above, three died young. I am trying to trace descendants of the other two children, and wonder if members of the Grey list can help. John McMILLAN (1873 - 1937) (see MI above) married Catherine McKENZIE and the couple had three children before the 1911 census: Duncan (born 1901), George (1902) and Janet (1907). More children may have been born later. QUESTION - Does anyone know of descendants of these siblings? Neil McMILLAN (1881 - ) was living with a CUDDIE family in Wiarton in 1901, was a clerk in Fisher & Sawyers [?] in 1905 when his father died, but could not be found in the 1911 census. QUESTION - Does anyone know of a marriage, descendants or later location of Neil? So far, I have all the 1881, 1901 and 1911 census records (except for Neil); I've got the birth, marriage and death records of most of the people mentioned, and even, thank to Jopie the obituary of Duncan McMillan Snr. However, I would be delighted if anyone could help with descendants. With thanks and best regards Sarah Galbraith
