Dear Listers, Would someone have access to the 1860 census that would be willing to do a lookup for me? I just have no other avenue to find out where my McEnerny family would have been in Ontario. Rather, I should say, I don't know of any other avenue to check. The only clue for area to look in is a notation on the death record of Katherine McEnerny that states that she was born near Ottawa. Father would be John McEnerny age is unknown would be born in Ireland, wife is Mary, she would be about 45 years of age also born in Ireland. There will be a son Michael who will be about 13 years of age born in Ireland, and then daughter Katherine born in 1856 in Canada so she will be about 4 years of age.
