I have a David HOWARD, who married Sarah HILLMAN born 30 Aug 1821, married 16 oct 1837. I have not been able to locate any other data on David Howard! Exception of a obituary: 22 Sept, 19332 - Evening Citizen, Ottawa - Hattie HILLMAN - wife of David A HOWARD died suddenly - athre home 58 Glengarry. she was born in Quebec , daughter of the late Mr & Mrs. Irvine HILLMAN. Her husband, David A. HOWARD died 10 years prior 1922).Three daughters survived her; Mrs. W. Pridham, Misses Maud 7 Edith, two brothers -Mance & Frank HILLMAN and one sister - Mrs. S. W. Johns , Sask. Interment at Beechwood Cemetery, Ottawa. and... a death notice for: HOWARD, - at Thurso, Que. on Thursday, 21 july 1932, Stephen Marshall HOWARD, IN HIS 80TH YEAR. Interment at Buckingham, Que. I have not been able to find anything other than the above.Same with McCauley, -I have a William MCauley, married on 6 Oct. 1861 - Thurso Quebec. to - Catherine DOLE.. AND...Betsy GRANT - (Elizaabeth) married - 1834 to John HILLMAN Jr. , in Hull, Quebec. I have been searching for years now and find it very difficult searching my maternal line in Quebec and Ottawa districts.
