Very possibly all have, but have not copied them to either Gordon Watts or myself as yet. http://www.globalgenealogy.com/Census/Index6.htm I know the Members of Parliament are "visiting" various parts of the country this week, but please get the message to all, even if he or she has a GOLD tick, that we would like to have a quick passage of Bill S-18. This government bill has been talked about, debated, has had First and Second Reading, Committee, then Third Reading when Senator Lowell Murray surprised all of us. The vote was 59 to 16 and when Gordon has time, he will be posting the YES and the NO Senators. We understand First Reading has already taken place so will check Hansard for this. However, knowing the past history of any census bills, we do not want this dumped in File 13 should an election be called. Just in case -- IF anyone has census petitions ready to send, please do so -- Gordon and I will keep these -- he may send House of Commons ones -- I will store Senate and Non-Resident.
