MEMO MAY BE FORWARDED AND TRANSLATED To all:- Gordon Watts has started a new GOLD TICK AWARD list -- so we do not need to send letters to them -- except to thank them. This cuts down the number of letters -- I suggest the pages be printed -- keep YOUR own Scoreboard(s). This has met with Senator Lorna Milne's approval. Muriel M. Davidson <[email protected]> Co-Chair, Canada Census Committee ========================================== Greetings All. I have spent most of the last 16 hours working on updating files for the Post 1901 Census Project website. I have a ways to go yet before I am caught up but post here for your information the names of Senators that have so far earned their gold tick by supporting Senator Lorna Milne's Bill S-12. There are now fifteen of them. They are: Jack Austin, Thelma Chalifoux, Raynell Andreychuk, Sharon Carstairs, Janis G. Johnson, Richard H. Croft. Mira Spivak, John Trevor Eyton, Michael A. Meighen, Lorna Milne, Vivienne Poy, Joan Fraser, Pierre Claude Nolin, Eymard G. Corbin, and William Rompkey. Nicholas W. Taylor and Lowell Murray would vote against the Bill. Files will be sent tomorrow and the updates should appear on the website within a few days. My thanks to all who have sent letters and email sent to, and received from their MPs and Senators. Keep them coming. Happy Hunting Gordon A.
