I am researching William MILLS b.1801 in Co. Tyrone immigrated to Marlborough Twp. Carleton Co. abt.1830. He married Mary Ann Moore abt.1830. I have not been able to ascertain whether they were married in Ireland or Canada. They had 9 children all born in Marlborough., including my g grandmother Eliza who married William Taman July 1 1867.
