    3. Gail: This is just a guess. It's possible that McTaggart Street was located in LeBreton Flats. In 1908 the Flats was a busy and active neighbourhood in Ottawa, within easy walking distance to the saw mills on the Ottawa River and also to the Parliament Hill / Centertown area. There are no streets there today. I'll try and find out for sure. (Another possibility would be around Billings Bridge where a sizable community existed near where the RA Center is today). ...
