ELLIOTT, Otter, one of seven children born to Edwin ELLIOTT & Catherine FIRTH, on 10 April 1888 in Carleton Co., Ottawa, Ont. Husband of Dessia MUNN. Died 4 Oct 1957 and buried in Beechwood Cemetery. His siblings were: Joseph Harold, Arthuretta, Victor Reginald, Frances Stella (Mrs. Furman) Miford and Edwin Jr. Otter was only member that stayed and lived in Ottawa district.
