WOTLEY- born 2 July 1829 Bristol England to Ottawa with wife - Jane BAWDEN b.24 June- 1827, Bristol England. Also a possibility - Lillian WOTLEY ( nee DEAN) last know address was Swansea valley, South Wales. Many variations of spelling of WOTLEY, makes it very difficult.
