Hi Marg, I was thinking what a brilliant idea, about finding a death registration for Velinda. I knew that the family had moved to Manitoba and she was married there in 1883 to William Hamilton. The last child that I have was born in 1895. So I went on the Manitoba Vital Statistics site to find her death, after 1895 and nothing. She either left the province, or remarried. Or is still alive at 143 - just joking! I will keep trying.
