Good afternoon everyone! Garry's post has prompted me to do what I should have done in the first place - list the names I am looking for or have information on. All of the families on my father's side were overwhelmingly Carleton folks, each and every one Anglican-Irish farmers, with a few Lanark and Renfrew co people thrown in to stir the pot. This has made my life considerably easier, as you can imagine! The names with "(direct)" after them, are my direct lines. Anstee Barber (direct) Cameron (direct) Cavanagh (direct) Cowan Grainger/Granger (direct) Griffith Johnston Latimer (direct) Mooney (direct ?) Mulligan Needham (direct) Neil Owens Rivington (direct - on 2 sides) Robinson Story (direct) Timmins I also have a little information on the family surnames. Most are modern families but some are from the late 1880s on: Findlay Hunt Laughlin Little (or Lytle, etc...) McTiernan (or just Tiernan, I haven't figured out which) Poole Schmidt Swaffer Wilson I hope everyone is having an excellent summer and not, hopefully, looking like a burnt lobster (I am a case in point - I like the sun, it just doesn't like me!)
