List I'm looking for info on Jacob Tedford. Who was his wife and children and his birth & death dates? I understand he built the house in Dayton before 1800, which is now "At The Sign of the Whale". I grew up in this house between 1934 & 1949, and I believe Jacob's dtr Anne married Jesse S Shaw (1800-1867) )s/o Zebina Shaw (1772-1823). Zebina Shaw and Elizabeth Brown were my 5x grand parents through Jessie's brother Capt Moses Shaw (1794-1870) and Sarah Cann. I'm hoping someone has info on Jacob Tedford's wife and children..
