Hello, I am trying to trace my gggrandmother a Moriah or Mary Hipson who would have been born 1811-1817 ( depending on what census you look at) . This Moriah/ Mary ended up living in Ontario in Walpole Township by the 1830's and married to a Daniel Forsyth(e). I can find no trace of a birth nor family for her in Ontario . Noticed a Francis Hipson on this mailing list who was a grandfather to a Mary Hipson b. 1817 to Samuel and Sarah Hipson in Yarmouth. Moriah/Mary named her first son James (husbands father) Francis ( could be on her side? ) Forsyth. Anyone know of these Hipsons from Yarmouth? Would appreciate any info. Thanks so much.
