Sister Nickerson was the oldest member of the Argyle Baptist church having joined that body many years ago. Her death removes from our midst one of the few remaining links between the present and the past generation of Christian workers. Having lived a life of faith that commanded the respect and won the esteem of all who knew her, her departure in the fullness of years would only be regarded as the Christian's final victory over the powers of sin and death.
