Through some old research by a David H Kent.....which I picked up......in Lancaster NH..........the family may trace back to.........a William Hagar b England, perhaps......son of William Agar, freeman in Massachusetts 1633....... the William Hagar info I have is that he married in 1644 prob Watertown.....Mary Bemis (sister of Joseph of Watertown) who d 1695, William was a resident of Watertown MA and d 1683/84........ I am stonewalled because not sure if the Agar/Hagar......is an actual connection.......and your.....dates for same names differ....so do not know if have right tree or not!!!
