Hello~ In the CD "Ships & Seafarers of Atlantic Canada" I could find no record of Capt. CUNNINGHAM in the Masters/"foreign Masters" data. In the Crew/"foreign crew" databases there were a number of William CUNNINGHAM-s, but none from Nova Scotia. In the Owners data, I found a number of William CUNNINGHAM-s, with residences in Barrington, Shelburne Co., NS; & Antigonish, Antigonish Co, NS...but not Cape Sable Island. This is not an absolute complete list of NS seafarers. Hopefully someone else will be of more assistance. Happy hunting!
