Anna. Rd. in 1786. What/where is Anna. Rd. in Shelburne Co.? Can anyone tell me anything about these grants in general? Were they to any particular company or fighting unit? Thanks - Judy Penski
John Barn(e)s did arrive at Shelburne. The writer shortened words so it seems that "Anna. Rd." is in Shelburne, formerly Port Roseway. The grants were in Annapolis County -- anyone searching for Barnes family history should search in this area.
