Surnames: Jollimore, Taylor, Plummer Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/DQC.2ACI/306 Message Board Post: Searching for descendants to share family history of James Plummer, born between 1814-1822, died 1913 at Liverpool, Nova Scotia.. He lived at Mill Cove til the late 1850s or early 1860s, when he moved to Liverpool. He married Eliza Jane Jollimore 1843 at Chester, NS. They had 10 children that I know of - most of whom, I have solid history for. It is not known if James was born in Nova Scotia, since some believe he was born on a ship at sea. I've never discovered his parents, but do know there was a James & Mary Plummer family in Halifax in the 1820s who had a son, James John born 1819. I cannot be certain this son is the man who lived later at Liverpool. Also know there was a Mary Ann Plummer who married a William Taylor at Liverpool 1842, but do not know if she is related to my James, later of Liverpool.
