But he must be related to the Aubrey Coombs who married my great aunt, Mildred Hartlen. At least they have the same first name. Mildred Hartlen came to Manitoba with her sister Frances around 1914. Frances married Fred Morrow and are my grandparents. Mildred went back to N.S. and married Aubrey Coombs but they would come to visit us at the farm in Oakville, Mb. I'm too young to have known either of them. l have copies of all of my aunt's Coombs photos and they are only of Aubrey and Mildred and their daughter, Kathryn. Wish I could be of more help !
