Surnames: Conrad, Naugler Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/DQC.2ACI/282 Message Board Post: I was wondering if anyone would happen to know the names of Mary Catherine Conrad’s parents and what her maiden name was. She married was the second wife of my great-great-great-grandfather, James Naugler who lived in Western Head. He is of course the father of my great-great-grandmother Sarah Naugler who married Asa Payzant. Mary Catherine Conrad died on January 2, 1903. According to the 1901 census her birth date was October 22, 1834 and she had a son named Everett Conrad who was born on July 25, 1879. It lists him as being a stepson to James Naugler. So perhaps Conrad is the surname of her first marriage unless she had an illegitimate child. If anyone could be of any help with this, I’d greatly appreciate it. Thanks. Blair
