Check the 1881 census for Greenfield, Queens County on www.familysearch.org and you will find a Joseph approx. the same age that you listed. You might also look in the 1901 census at www.archives.ca/02/020122_e.html. I haven't found the 1891 census online yet however I will be going through that census next week and while I'm looking up my family information in Greenfield, I will look for yours and let you know what I find.
