The paper work states that Margery died on Sept 24, 1888 and was married to Benjamin and she had two sons John Hayes of Somerville Hants County(Farmer) and James Hayes of Liverpool Queens County(Labourer) and one daughter Clara (HAyes) Rhyno wife of Edward Rhyno
