Am searching for information on family of John Anthony BONNETT, born August 1850, in "Waterloo, Canada" (no Province name found...have searched Ontario and Quebec without success), parents names unknown to me but parents born in Prussia. Special Note: Have recently found the Town of Waterloo in the County of Lunenburg NS, but could not find a mail list for there, so I am posting in nearby counties. Birthdate: Birth year on his gravestone is 1851. (1880 US Census, Chapel, Talbot, Maryland lists John's birth as August 1850.) John's Parents are listed as born in Prussia in the 1880 US Census, Chapel, Talbot, Maryland. Marriage: Date and place unknown. Married Caroline Jantz (Yantsch--alternate spelling found.) Caroline was born in Kerchenberg, Austria, 9 October 1846. Caroline died in Detroit, Michigan, USA on 10 October 1946, and is buried in Evergreen Cemetery in Newport, Kentucky USA. Children: Anna Teresa BONNETT b. abt. February 1874 in Marlette, Sanilac, Michigan USA. Edmund Anthony BONNETT b. 8 June 1880 in Cordova, Talbot, Maryland USA. Place and Date of death: Florida USA, abt 4 March 1930. Burial Place: Evergreen Cemetery in Newport Kentucky USA. (Buried 8 March 1930.)
