However, I did find there were only two families with the Bardet surname in Canada with the Bardet surname. Could it be possible that the family you are looking for can be found at www.automatedgenealogy.com in Lethbridge Alberta? Family #198 is a Peter Bardet, born May 6, 1847, however his wife's name is Christie, born Feb 19, 1851, not Justine. Hope this is the family you are looking for.
