Ryan and others interested in the forms, I searched on the internet for "free census forms as a word document" and found the following site that allows free downloads in PDF or Text format. PDF files, of course, need the program that allows you to edit the document. I downloaded the USA 1930 census in text format and it does allow you to enter text. At that time, you could print or save to your folder. Click on the following links or copy/paste to your search engine. Scroll down the first page because it includes Canadian forms. There are several sites with free downloads and some are in excel format. http://www.bcgs.ca/Genealogy%20Forms.htm http://www.familytreemagazine.com/forms/download.html There are probably other sites but this was the first one that was not in a PDF format that I found. If you are in Ancestry or the Heritage Quest Library sites and open the census files, it will allow you to save the PDF file to your computer rather than printing or hand typing the information.
