With the new format that is coming across sometimes they look like the same email because although you separate the previous query from the new message it seems to blend together. I thought the same until I saw the one I sent. I was very careful to separate them , enlarge the print and put it in bold. None of that worked. Not sure how to correct it, but I wanted to share that observation.
