Peter had been involved in an accident that required them to put him in an institution as a young adult/older teen. The institution was in Manitoba and the family packed up and started farming near there. Kenneth and Nancy died near there and Thomas moved on to Saskatchewan, married and the line carried on. I know that Kenneth was from the Pictou area (or so his obituary says), but can't find any parents or siblings.
