Did your grandfather, Scott, have siblings Gordon,Sterwart, Abigail, Delilah?, I have a JAmes "Scott" MAcKenzie born about 1878. If this is him, I have reason to believe that Scott's parents were James MacKenzie and Mary Jane Cumming. Mary Jane and my great grandfather, John Alex Cumming were half brother & sister.
