Quite a few years ago, I posted a query looking for information on the Evan McPherson family. I have since had my e-mail address changed so I'm asking again for help. This is what I know. Evan Pherson was born 1 Nov 1865 in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia. He was married to Ruby McDonald, b. 1875 in Nova Scotia. I do not have a marriage date or place. This couple emigrated to Negaunee, Marquette Co., Michigan, USA in 1898. Evan's parents were John McPherson (b. 1822) and Winifred Ann McQuerrie (b. 1830 Scotland). Ruby McDonald's parents were Alexander McDonald and Catherine McIntosh who were married in Nova Scotia. This is all the information that I have for these people. The information has been handed down to me. I would love to learn more about the family and be able to verify the information. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
