If you go to the NS Historical Statistics and look up Charles Ewart Tanner, you will notice at top of his birth certificate which was done for pension purposes, it says thet a copy was sent tc/oB of NS in Manzanville,Cuba. Evidently this is the one you spoke about Charlotte.
