For instance, if it was a newspaper, it would be good if I had a name and edition date. Sorry, I meant David, Peter was the fellow who supplied the info originally. The Canada US hockey game (in overtime) is very distracting at the moment! ----- Original Message ----- From: "Richard MacNeil" <rick.macneil@sympatico.ca> To: "David A SIMPSON" <dasimpson@eastlink.ca>; <can-ns-pictou@rootsweb.com> Sent: Sunday, February 28, 2010 5:38 PM Subject: Re: [CAN-NS-PICTOU] MURRAY - HAMILTON marriage > Good point Peter.... unfortunately I know only that is from a PANB > microfilm > of marriage registers, I don't know the reel number or marriage license > number....It wasn't supplied. Hi Rick, Thanks for the update on Mary Hamilton who seems to be an aunt of mine and who I knew very little about. She is the daughter of Robert Hamilton born NS in 1801 and of Ellen J. Turnbull also born NS in 1801. Thanks for sharing and adding some additional texture to the family fabric. I will try to follow this lead and see if there is some further details available.
