Born in Pictou, she was a daughter of Henry Wong, Lyons Brook, and Marguerite Belleville, Whitby, Ont. She was a member of the Anglican Church. Besides her parents, she is survived by her stepmother, Arlene Wong, Lyons Brook; a daughter, Lisa; a son, Kevin, both of New Glasgow; five sisters, Rose Anderson, Loretta (Mrs Victor Scanlan), both of Pictou; Sandra, Truro; Angela, Heather, both of Lyons Brook; two brothers, Lawrence, Whitby; John, Edmonton. She was predeceased by her maternal grandparents, Mr and Mrs Edmund Belleville; paternal grandparents, Mr and Mrs Sam Wong. Funeral was held Tuesday, May 10 in St. James Anglican Church, Pictou, Rev. Dale Cuffe officiating. Burial in church cemetery. Donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society. Posted for information only.
