Born in Halifax, she was a daughter of the late Col. Alfred B. DeWolfe and Ina (Crossan) DeWolfe. She was a member of St. Andrew's United Church and was active in the UCW, a CGIT leader and a former member of the Protestant Orphanage Board. She spent her early years in New Glasgow. After her late husband's retirement, they lived in Florida and Queensland at their summer home. She is survived by a daughter, three brothers, four grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Arthur G.; a son, and an infant daughter. The body was cremated. Memorial service was Wednesday, June 8, in New Glasgow. Donations may be made to the Canadian Liver Foundation or the Grace Maternity Hospital neonatal unit. Posted for information only
