Born in Drumhead, Guysborough County, he was a son of the late Walter and Ella (Burke) Webb. He is survived by a niece, Hazel (Mrs. George Munro), Niagara Falls, Ont. He was predeceased by his wife, the former Mary Jane MacLaren; two brothers, Henry and Roland. The remains are resting in A.L. Mattatall Funeral Home, Dartmouth, where funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday. Visiting hours are 2-4 p.m. Saturday and 2-5 p.m. Sunday. Interment will be in Dartmouth Memorial Gardens.
