Born in Louisville, Pictou County, she was the daughter of the late David F. and Inez (Davidson) Langille. She graduated from the Provincial Normal College in Truro and taught in several areas of Nova Scotia and in the Bow Island region, Alberta. She was active in the work of the Women's Institute, the United Church and the I.O.D.E. She is survived by two daughters; three sisters, including Ardith (Mrs Leonard Roy), New Glasgow; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Ernest; two brothers and a sister. Funeral service was held on April 4 at the Pattison Funeral Home, Medicine Hat. Posted for information only.
