Born in Quebec, he was a son of the late Adelard and Juliette LaForge. He worked as a manager of a Metro store in Huntington, Que., and he was a member of the Roman Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, Bonnie (Zwicker), formerly of Pictou; two daughters; a brother; two sisters. Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday (today), June 22 in Stella Maris Church, Pictou, Rev. Kyte Gillis officiating. Burial will be in St. James Cemetery, Pictou.
