Born in Trenton, he was a son of the late James and Annie (MacLeod) Stewart. He was a retired employee of Hawker-Siddeley, Trenton. He was a member of First United Church, Trenton, and a veteran of both the Korean conflict and Second World War. He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Vesta MacDonald, Trenton; Mrs. Edna Manning, New Glasgow. The remains are resting in R.H. Porter Funeral Home, Trenton. Visiting is tonight between 7-9 p.m. and Saturday from 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in First United Church, Trenton. Spring interment will be in Lorne Street Cemetery.
