Born in Waldegrave, she was a daughter of the late John and Margaret (Glenn) MacIntosh. She was a resident of the IOOF Home in Pictou for the past seven years. She was a member of Brule United Church and a lifetime member of the United Church Women. She was also a member of Tatamagouche Rebekah Lodge. She is survived by two daughters, Mildred (Mrs Fraser MacDonald), Hardwood Hill, Pictou County; Eleanor Langille, Chester; a son, Ronald C., Tatamagouche; a sister, Jean Smith, Truro; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, John C. Ross; three sisters, Cassie Hines, Alice MacLeod and Bessie Ross; three brothers, George, Glenn and Raymond; a son, George. Funeral service was held yesterday (Tuesday) in Brule Union Church, Rev. Kenneth S! tright officiating. Spring burial will be in Brule Corner Cemetery.
